Naturally Therapeutic

First of all, I would like to wish everyone a belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!  I hope that everyone stayed warm and spent a lot of quality time with loved ones.

On to my form of therapy…

Growing up, I was always into writing.  Whether it was poetry, short stories with friends (my girlfriends and I actually came up with our own soap opera where one of us would write a chapter and pass it on to the next girl to continue on with the story), love letters, or simply journaling, I have found great solace in writing, over the years.  Thanks to technology, I have decided to blog instead of physically writing down my thoughts.

I currently have a very long-winded draft titled ‘My Love’.  It is a love letter of sorts, mainly a compilation of my thoughts at any given moment.  The draft is the means for me to get them out.  I have a tendency to overwhelm by being overly expressive, if that is even possible.  I don’t know how else to be; however, my intent is not to push anyone away, so I write.

Then, I write some more, and it is so therapeutic.
